They have started their journey from JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY , Kolkata. And they have completed their BE in 1979 in metallurgically engineering. After that, they have started their career, but every time they are thinking. How to help people in terms of financial and education as well. They were working in steel industry mostly in up and Bihar. So they had started giving training to people and provided them jobs. And right now many of their trained people are VP and GM as well. . They always tried to help people in all the possible way. Day in day out they have only thinking “how to help people and how to grow our society”. That's why they had provided many jobs and training to the peoples.
